Orders are shipped within 7 business days.

In case of pre-order, the order will be shipped on the date indicated on the product sheet.

Orders are delivered under multiple options/carrier:

In Metropolitan France:

• Colissimo Domicile with signature (2-3 days): €7.95

• Colissimo Domicile without signature (2-3 days): €6.95

• Mondial Relay, pick-up point (3-5 days): €3.95

Europe and other:

• DOM-TOM: Colissimo domicile (xx days): xx€

• Europe: Colissimo international address (xx days): €10

• United Kingdom: Colissimo home address (xx days): €10

Delivery in mainland France is free from purchases of €250 (home delivery or pick-up point).

Return

You have 15 days to return an item to us if it does not suit you (from the date of receipt of your order).

To do this, you can log into your "my account" customer area and then go to the "my returns" section to make a return request.

Once your request has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email accompanied by a return form to complete and then slip inside your package.
