Orders are shipped within 7 business days.

In case of pre-order, the order will be shipped on the date indicated on the product page.

Orders are delivered under several options/carriers:

In Metropolitan France:

• Colissimo Domicile with signature (2-3 working days): €7.95

• Colissimo Domicile without signature (2-3 working days): €6.95

• Mondial Relay, pick-up point (3-5 working days): €4

Europe and others:

• DOM-TOM: Colissimo home address (3-8 days): €12

• Europe: Colissimo international address (3-8 days): €12

• United Kingdom: Colissimo home delivery (3-8 days): €12

Delivery in mainland France is free from purchases of €150 (home delivery or pick-up point).

Return

You have 15 days to return an item to us if it does not suit you (from the date of receipt of your order). Returns are free and covered by Myras.

To do this, you can send us an email at contact@myras-shop.com to send us your return request, indicating the number of the order concerned.

Once your request has been received, we will send you a response email indicating whether your request has been accepted or not. You will find all the steps to follow to send us your return, as well as the carrier's return label, to stick on your package to return it to us free of charge.

Upon receipt of your return and after it has been processed by our teams, you will obtain your refund within 14 days maximum, by the same payment method used during your purchase.

We do not offer exchanges on our site. If you need a new size, another items, or another color, we invite you to request a return (free) and reorder on our site.
